We recently purchased a property through Diane, and she was superb to deal with. Our first contact was through an open home for the house that we have bought. In the early days of the purchase process, she took the time to understand our needs and why we were wanting to buy.  She helped and advised us with the whole process as we hadn't bought a house outright for over a decade.  She was friendly, informative and a great communicator with a sense of humour.
